Mr Eke Nazri Rahim
Eke Nazri Rahim was appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of Malaysia Airlines in June 2022 and currently a member of the Board of Directors of Pan Pacific Aviation Service Ltd, Hong Kong (PAPAS) since May 2018, Technical Committee for Association of Asia Pacific Airlines since 2019 and Technical Group Committee for Oneworld Alliance “The Engineering & Maintenance Best Practices Group (E&M BPG)” to develop industry’s best practices and jointly address relevant industry issues. Prior to this, he was the Head Airlines Engineering of Malaysia Airlines, a role he held since October 2017.
Eke has a proven track record for enhancing efficiency, implementing continuous cost saving initiatives and compliance controls, as well as increasing quality standards at Engineering outfits he has served for the past 30 years. Addition to his capabilities, he attended personal professional training which involves leadership programme, airlines operation and business courses.
Eke graduated with Master of Business Administration and also holds a Malaysian CAA and CAA UK Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License.
Thibagar Doraisamy
Thibagar Doraisamy, equipped with more than 20 years of extensive experience in the Aviation ecosystem, involved in operations, start-up to transformation, developing a long-term strategy, and turn around plans. He is currently leading the Commercial & Strategy of MAB Engineering MRO with Malaysia Airlines.
He held various management positions with the skill to develop high performance and an agile team able to achieve organizational visions. Has extensive experience dealing with various internal and external stakeholders, regulatory, corporate hierarchy, OEM & suppliers.
He is a believer in people hence continuously developing team and empowering leaders for the future of the industry. More importantly, he is a passionate, focused, and grounded leader.
Terry Lim
Terry Lim is the Senior Director and Head of Aftermarket sales for Spirit AeroSystems in the Asia-Pacific Region. Lim, based in Singapore, a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience and extensive background in aftermarket original equipment (OEM), Maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sales, Strategy development, strategic partnerships & business development, airline account management, customer services and commercial aircraft business. As head of Spirit AeroSystems Aftermarket sales for the Asia Pacific Region, he has a deep understanding of the market & the increasing demand for top-notch maintenance and support services. His responsibilities include formulating, developing and leading Aftermarket sales and strategy, business development and commercial team sales across the region. Prior to Spirit AeroSystems, he has served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Triumph Product Support Group and has held various sales and business development leadership position with major OEMs and MROs; and at Collins Aerospace/UTC and the Pratt & Whitney group of aerospace companies.

Started 2004 with Lufthansa Technik as a Customer Support Engineer for Aircraft Engines. 2011, moved to Hong Kong as Manager of the Engine MRO program between Lufthansa and Cathay Pacific. In 2015, joined Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen to build a global network for Mobile Engine Service. 2018, joined GAMECO in Guangzhou as the Director Sales for international business Chairman of Hong Kong Beach Water polo association, which is hosting Asia’s biggest Beach Water polo tournament every year since 2014. York holds a MSc (DIPL.-ING.) degree in Aeronautical Engineering of University of Applied Science Dresden (TU Dresden, Germany) and a MBA of University of South Australia (UNISA) in Adelaide.
